Steam Room Etiquette
I have a few small issues with the dude I shared a steam room with yesterday afternoon.
1) It is not okay to wear a swimsuit into a steam room. If I’m going to sit there bare pickle, you should do the same.
2) The steam room is plenty big for everyone to have their own space and I appreciate that you sat down ten feet away from me, but did it have to be directly across? If we return to point #1, you see that by doing this, what you did was really unfair. You got a show, and I didn’t.
3) Trying to engage me in conversation while we’re sitting in a tile-lined echo chamber, then getting annoyed that I didn’t understand you the first time, is incredibly dumb. Your Mensa membership was put in further peril when you raised your voice the second time, as if that would help.
4) Who the fuck brings a cell phone into a steam room?
5) I saw you pick your nose. Don’t pretend like you were just scratching.
6) And speaking of scratching…
